No Insurance - Edenthorpe

East NPT Officers were patrolling Edenthorpe last Sunday night when their attention was drawn to a small blue vehicle exiting a junction at high speed without any headlights on.

The vehicle was stopped on Church Balk where the driver was asked to explain his standard of driving and lack of headlights.

We found an apologetic driver, who unfortunately was unable to provide proof of a valid insurance policy. 

The vehicle was seized from the roadside.
